Here at Top Strike Academy, we want to be part of your child’s special day. We want to take the pressure off you to plan and deliver a day no child would want to forget. There are three party packages that you can choose from which can all be adjusted to fit your requirements so we can provide a memorable party.
We host parties for children aged 4-12 years, regardless of ability ensuring every party is filled with joy and laughter. We have indoor and outdoor facilities that are available to us to use depending on the weather and your requirements.

WHY SHOULD YOU CHOOSE TOP STRIKE PARTIES?

Here at Top Strike Academy, we want to be part of your child’s special day. We want to take the pressure off you to plan and deliver a day no child would want to forget. There are three party packages that you can choose from which can all be adjusted to fit your requirements so we can provide a memorable party.
We host parties for children aged 4-12 years, regardless of ability ensuring every party is filled with joy and laughter. We have indoor and outdoor facilities that are available to us to use depending on the weather and your requirements.
WHAT VENUES DO YOU USE?
We use numerous venues that have inside and outdoor space depending on the time of year, where you are based and most importantly, a venue that suits your requirements. You are welcome to hold the party in your back garden. We have venues in Chelmsford, Billericay, Basildon, Danbury, Maldon, Braintree, Ongar, Wickford, South Woodham and many more.
HOW LONG IS THE VENUE BOOKED FOR?
We usually book venues for 2-3 hours as this allows for the full party time and set up/ pack down time for the coaches. This also allows you time if you want to have food after the party which we can stay for and put on football themed games/ quizzes.
HOW ARE OUR PARTIES RUN?
To kick start the party, we start with a fun and energetic warm up game. We then move on to the Top Strike Academy Games allowing the children to have lots of touches on the football. This also includes lots of fun challenges such as our penalty shoot out competition. To round the football off, we move onto one of our party favourites, WORLD CUP MATCHES! At the end of the party we hold a presentation for all children and competition winners to collect their medal and party bags.
WHO WILL HOST THE PARTY?
Every party will have at least one Head Coach and an Assistant so that you can stand back on the side-lines watching all the fun. Depending on the party size additional coaches may be added. All of our fantastic coaches hold a FA Coaching Qualification and are up to date with DBS checks, First Aid and Safeguarding training. Top Strike Academy has full public liability cover.
WHAT’S INCLUDED IN OUR PARTY BAGS?
We offer pre filled football themed party bags which are included in the Champions League and World Cup packages and can be added to the Premiership package for a small additional price. We include 5 football themed items and a packet of sweets in an open party bag.
HOW DO YOU PAY FOR THE PARTY?
Once a party package has been agreed we will send you an invoice. There are several ways of paying the balance; Cash, Cheque or Bank Transfer.
To secure the booking, we kindly request a deposit which is the cost of the venue hire. Your deposit is fully refundable if cancellation is within the venues time frame which is normally around 14-21 days.
We will make it our top priority to ensure your party goes ahead and on your preferred date and time.
WHAT HAPPENS IF A CHILD GETS INJURED DURING THE PARTY?
All of our coaches are first trained and will have first aid kits on site to deal with any injuries that may occur within the party. Before the party we will file a full risk assessment to ensure the safety of everyone in attendance.
If a child that is invited to the party has a medical condition, please let the coaches know before the party so they can take this into consideration. If they have medication such as an inhaler, please make sure this is present and labelled at the party. This can either be kept by the parent or passed onto the coaches.
DO WE PROVIDE FOOD FOR THE PARTY?
Unfortunately, we are not licensed to provide food for the party. However, we can recommend a company or you can supply the food yourself.
