OUR AIM

At Top Strike Academy, we aim to provide fun, challenging and engaging sessions, which allow individuals to have an environment where they can develop both physically and mentally through their love of football. We provide football programmes for all ages, from 4 years old up to open age football. We are proud to be providing football sessions for two of the largest youth clubs in Essex, Galleywood Youth FC and Springfield Youth FC.

All our coaches are FA qualified and all carry up to date first aid, safeguarding and CRC certificates. All our coaches have valuable experiences both playing and coaching, which enables them to pass on their knowledge and expertise of the game.
Our mission is to provide opportunities for individuals to participate in football regardless of age, ability, gender, or ethnicity. We aim to provide a platform for young individuals to gain numerous transferable skills and experiences which will enable a positive impact on both their physical and mental health. All of our sessions are designed to challenge our players to develop their understanding of the game incorporating the FA’s Four Corner Model; Technical, Tactical, Physical and Psychological. Top Strike Academy’s focus is to leave a longstanding, positive impact on each individual that we come face to face with.

COMMITMENT
Top Strike Academy is committed to providing players with elite performance and development football training. We know the levels of commitment and the sacrifices that have to be made to make the impossible, possible. This is why we are committed to providing every player with their own personal training programme. We ask the players to provide the same commitment levels to every session so that we can help them along the next step of their footballing journey.

POSITIVITY
We create a positive environment for our players to work in. We don’t want our players to feel fear or feel pressured when they come to our sessions. All of our sessions are planned and delivered with enthusiasm to allow players to build self-confidence and the ability to express themselves whilst having a smile on their face. Being in a pressure free environment has proven that players are even more willing to develop new techniques and skills to further their football development.
